Menu

Sea Breezes restaurant aims to supply you with the very best and freshest of Skye's fantastic sea food. We use local ingredients including langoustines caught in the sound of Raasay, organic salmon from Uist, mussels from loch Eishort, salads from Orbost on Skye and hand dived scallops from the Isle of Barra.

Please note that ingredients may vary depending on supply and availability.


Starters

Soup de Jour with granary crusty bread.

Warm goat's cheese on scented salad leaves with cherry tomatoes and apple and beetroot salsa.

Hot smoked salmon accompanied by crusty brown bread, capers and a musty dressing.

Steamed pot of Skye mussels with garlic, shallots and fresh coriander.

Half a dozen Skye oysters on the half shell with lemon and tabasco.

Main Courses

Steamed bowl of Skye mussels in garlic, shallots and white wine with a splash of cream served with crusty bread.

Organic rainbow trout with citrus, ginger, lemongrass, spring onion, white wine and butter steamed in paper with baby new potatoes.

Roast breast of chicken filled with Toulouse sausage and braised cabbage with a pink peppercorn and thyme cream sauce.

Tomato and pesto topped organic salmon fillet on mushroom risotto with basil and parmesan with aged balsamic.

Pan seared Aberdeen Angus ribeye steak with fondant potato, roasted plum tomato, mushrooms and peppercorn jus.

Hand dived Barra scallops with a warm salad and baby potatoes with Stornoway black pudding with apple and cider vinaigrette.

Sea Breezes Sea Food Platter with organic salmon, Eishort Mussels, Langoustines with salad and baby potatoes.

Desserts

White peach cheesecake with a ball of vanilla ice cream with fresh Skye strawberries.

Rich dark chocolate pot flavoured with Cointreau with a ball of honey whisky and oatmeal ice cream and fresh berries.

Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and topped with a ball of dairy ice cream.

Honey whisky and oatmeal ice cream.

Selection of Cheese and Hebridean cocktail oatcakes.

Drinks

Sea Breezes reataurant has a wide selection of fine wines from France, South Africa, Chile and Australia.

For special occasions we can supply sparkling wine or Moet et Chandon Brut Imperial champagne.

We also provide a variety of soft drinks, beers, spirits, liqueurs, cocktails and malt whiskies.

For something different try our Sea Breezes Cocktail made from vodka, grapefruit and cranberries or our spicy Bermudian Cocktail made with Goslings black rum, ice and ginger ale.
